NYT – New Agreement on Reports Affecting Disabled Clients

Following a critical story this past spring in the NY Times by Danny Hakim, the Governor has signed an agreement calling for stricter enforcement of reporting rules to law enforcement agencies in cases where clients suffer physical harm or theft in state run or not for profit facilities.

The new CSEA contract also includes provisions that address this issue.
